Our consultants developed a web based process management system on top of Weblogic Integration server allowing new business processes to be designed and deployed easily and resulting in a shorter time to process tasks.

The system incorporates processes from the finance department, the human resources department and purchasing department. The developed system helped our client to minimize the time to finish tasks, allowed management to monitor running and pending processes and measure KPI at process and staff levels.

The system was developed using J2EE technologies, Weblogic Process Engine, and Crystal reporting tool.

WellTop® Management system is a web based application that enables users to start the planning of wells then prepare prognosis report for a given well. Besides automating the prognosis process flow and providing data entry screens for capturing the requirements of relevant petroleum disciplines, the system provides users read only access to a selection of Finder reports usually needed during the well life cycle. Also, the system features email notifications that keep users informed about the progress of a given well operation, thus, enhancing collaboration.

The municipality of Ghobeiry city is the biggest in Lebanon after Beirut’s municipality. After several meetings and a process of selection based on local support and technology offerings, the management of Ghobeiry Municipality selected eConcepts to be the developer of their city portal.

Currently eConcepts is working closely with the Municipality to deliver the first batch of electronic services via the portal.

Istiraha.net aspires to be the first interactive reference for restaurants, parks and cafes in Lebanon. The website was built after a field study showed a need from local resident and tourists for up-to-date information about those facilities and their  services and the quality of food provided by them as well as the their atmosphere.

The site visitor can find restaurants, guest houses and his favorite by searching by region, cuisine and classification of the restaurant and could communicate directly with the restaurant management.

eConcepts-ME developed the site using latest front-end technologies and a php/mysql on the back-end. Here’s the list of technologies used:

The Electronic Government Research Center is a non-profit organization specialized in modernizing governments via ICT and government process automation. The Center routinely publishes research papers and studies on the Internet in order to serve the Arab citizen and IT managers and local e-government programs.

The center wanted to have a flexible portal to publish, unpublish and manage its knowledge while in the same time communicating with its clients and interested parties. eConcepts was selected to develop and operate the portal which achieved high ranks in google and other search engines.

The Islamic Health Society is a Lebanese organization aiming at serving local people especially the poor. The organization has almost 50 healthcare centers in different locations throughout Lebanon among them 4 hospitals and a number of pharmacies and laboratories.

After couple of meetings with the management they selected us to start the implementation of their healthcare portal and to develop couple of healthcare tools such as: BMI, Calorie Needs, Blood Donation Calculator, etc…

On the other hand, we were asked to develop couple of flash based animation about the human body: heart blood circulation, respiratory system, digestive system and other.
